摘要

伴随着城市轨道交通及地下道路的快速发展,新建盾构法道路隧道穿越既有轨道交通隧道的概率更高,面临的穿越施工情况或将更加复杂、难度更高,穿越施工对既有地铁隧道的影响等风险增加,社会关注度高,微扰动控制需求迫切.以上海市北横通道新建工程穿越既有地铁4号线为例,分析了穿越工程典型风险,从结构优化、注浆及施工参数控制等方面提出了微扰动控制方法,保障盾构顺利穿越.

Abstract

With the rapid development of urban rail transit and underground roads,the probability of new shield tunneling tunnels crossing existing rail transit tunnels is higher,and the crossing construction situation may become more complex and difficult.The risks of crossing construction on existing subway tunnels have increased,and social attention is high.The demand for micro disturbance control is urgent.The article takes the new construction project of the North Cross Island Tunnel in Shanghai,which crosses the existing Metro Line 4,as an example to analyze the typical risks of the crossing project.Micro disturbance control methods are proposed from the aspects of structural optimization,grouting,and construction parameter control to ensure the smooth crossing of the shield tunnel and accumulate experience for similar construction.
