摘要

本文以某隧道为研究对象,重点阐述了对该隧道初期支护的变形量测和变形侵限原因的分析,针对隧道初步设计风险进行了影响因素的中层次分析评估,再基于进一步论证分析,制定了应对措施以控制变形的发展.分析结果表明:缓倾水平页岩和持续降雨是对初支变形影响较大的因素,而施工不当和监控量测预警不及时直接加速了变形的发展,最终造成初支侵限.为此,针对此类隧道变形侵限的特点和产生原因,制定临时支撑、双液注浆的应急处置措施,并紧跟二次衬砌的换拱整治方案,为其他类似工程可提供较好的经验借鉴.

Abstract

Taking a tunnel as the research object,the deformation measurement of the initial support of the tunnel is specially set forth,and the causes of deformation limit invasion are analyzed.Aiming at the primary design risk of tunnel,the middle level analysis and evaluation of influencing factors are carried out.And based on the further argument and analysis,the solutions are formulated to control the development of the deformation.The analysis results show that the slow dip horizontal shale and continuous rainfall are the major factors affecting the initial support deformation,and the improper construction and untimely monitoring and measurement and early warning directly accelerate the development of deformation.Finally,the initial support invasion limit is caused.Therefore,aiming at the characteristics and causes of tunnel deformation and invasion,the emergency treatment measures such as temporary support and double-liquid grouting are formulated,and the replacement arch renovation scheme of secondary lining is followed closely.The better experience and reference are provided for the other similar projects.
