功能提升背景下山地城市道路更新规划研究

为解决人民群众日益增长的便捷、舒适、高品质道路交通出行需求,在城市提升背景下,围绕街道空间统筹规划、道路全要素设计、"针灸式"综合治理以及街道空间多元协同共治等方面,思考道路更新的理念和方法.结合山地城市复杂地形条件、立体路网结构、集聚交通出行等特点,统筹考虑功能、人文、生态和安全需求,通过优化道路横断面空间分配、合理设置路权优先序,完善公交优先道路网络及信号控制,提升步行空间和全龄友好设施品质,规划安全、绿色、集约、高效的道路空间.
Research on Road Renewal Planning in Mountainous Cities under Background of Urban Upgrading
In order to solve the growing demand for convenient,comfortable and high-quality road transportation of the people,the concept and methods of road renewal are studied in the context of urban upgrading considering the street spatial planning,road full-element design,"acupuncture"comprehensive treatment and multi-element collaborative co-governance.Combined with the characteristics of complex terrain conditions,three-dimensional road network structure and concentrated transportation in mountainous cities,the functional,humanistic,ecological and safety requirements are comprehensively planned and considered.By optimizing the space distribution of road cross section and rationally setting the priority order of right of way,the bus priority road network and signal control are improved,the quality of walking space and all-age friendly amenities is improved,and the safe,green,intensive and efficient road space is planned.
