摘要

城市跨河大桥的功能是多元化的,往往承载着交通、防洪、景观、文化、生态等多重功能,在设计跨河大桥时需综合考虑各方面的功能需求.临沂市通达路祊河桥及两岸立交改造工程全长1.725 km,主桥采用"通达四方"的四塔柱双索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,为全国首例大断面四塔柱单面受拉的斜拉桥,桥梁全长822.9 m,全宽55.1 m,两岸与滨河路、祊河路相交均设置互通立交,采用双向8车道城市主干道标准,项目已于2023年1月建成通车.从技术标准论证、总体设计、桥梁改造及主桥桥型方案设计、两岸立交方案设计等多个方面介绍了方案设计思路和技术要点.

Abstract

The functions of urban river-crossing bridges are diversified,often carrying the multiple functions such as traffic,flood control,landscape,culture and ecology.In the design of river-crossing bridges,it is necessary to comprehensively consider various functional requirements.The total length of Linyi City Tongda Road Benghe River Bridge and Both-side Interchange Reconstruction Project is 1.725 km.The main bridge is a"reach-all-directions"4-pylon double-plane steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,which is the first large-section four-pylon one-side tension cable-stayed bridge in China.The total length of the bridge is 822.9 m,and its total width is 55.1 m.The interchanges are set up at the intersection of both banks with Binhe Road and Benghe Road,which are designed on the standard of double-way 8-lane urban trunk road.The project was completed and opened to traffic in January 2023.Taking this project as an example,the design ideas and technical essentials of the scheme are introduced from various aspects such as technical standard demonstration,overall design,bridge reconstruction,main bridge type scheme design and both-bank interchange scheme design.
