水利水电工程场内道路专供水利水电工程施工使用,道路运量大、车辆轴载大、使用年限短、使用期运输强度高,每条道路的总运量和运输用自卸汽车型号明确,提出了适用于水利水电工程场内道路水泥混凝土路面结构设计新的计算方法.分析研究该计算方法中各个影响因素对路面板厚的影响程度,并结合某水电站场内道路的交通信息,对不同总运量和不同运输用自卸汽车适合的路面结构组合进行了计算,这些计算结果可作为其他类似工程路面结构设计的参考.
Influencing Factors of Cement Pavement Design and Typical Pavement Structure of On-site Roads
The roads in the water conservancy and hydropower projects are exclusively used for the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.These roads have the high traffic volume,heavy vehicle axle loads,short service life and high transportation intensity during the period of use.The total volume of each road and the type of dump truck for transport are clear.A new calculation method for the design of cement concrete pavement structure applicable to the on-site roads of water conservancy and hydropower engineering is proposed.The impact of various influencing factors in this calculation method on the thickness of pavement slabs is analyzed and studied.Combined with the traffic information of the roads in a hydropower station,the pavement structure combinations suitable for different total transportation volumes and different types of dump trucks are calculated.These calculation results can be referred for the pavement structure design of the other similar projects.
