基于郑州某高架桥梁工程,在某节点需要满足以下控制条件:需保证匝道坡脚距交叉口停车线的距离;尽量加大高架桥上交织段的长度;在桥梁的结构类型与标准段结构一致的前提下,尽量降低桥梁的结构高度.在上述限制条件的基础上,提出采用隐盖梁预制小箱梁的设计方案,对高架桥隐盖梁预制小箱梁的应用情况进行了介绍,并阐述了隐盖梁小箱梁的设计关键点,为后续类似桥梁的设计提供有益的借鉴.
Application Introduction and Design Essentials of Hidden Bent Cap Small-box Beam for Viaduct
Based on a viaduct project in Zhengzhou,the following control conditions need to be met at a certain node,such as need to guarantee the distance between the foot of the ramp slope and the stop line at the intersection,trying to increase the length of the interwoven section on the viaduct,and doing the best to reduce the structural height of bridge on the premise that the type of the bridge structure is consistent with the standard section structure.On the basis of the above constraints,the design scheme of hidden bent cap precast small-box beam is proposed.The application of hidden bent cap precast small-box beam for the viaduct is introduced,and the design essentials hidden bent cap small-box beam are expounded,which provides the useful reference for the design of similar bridges in the future.
