常泰长江大桥主航道桥为双塔五跨连续钢桁梁斜拉桥,其6#主塔采用"钢-混"混合结构四塔肢空间钻石型桥塔.超高主塔塔肢钢筋施工,往往存在高空作业难度大、风险高、人员工效低的问题,施工进度、成本难以控制.针对6#主塔工程特点,中塔柱钢筋采用钢筋部品施工,塔肢钢筋首先在标准化钢筋绑扎平台上节段整体绑扎、分块吊装、塔上锥套锁紧钢筋连接接头连接,为主塔钢筋施工提供了更加安全、高效、经济、先进的施工技术,对于项目施工具有显著的社会效益和经济效益.
Construction Technology of Reinforcement Parts of Middle Pylon Columns in 6# Main Pylon of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge
The main channel bridge of Changtai Yangtze River Bridge is a double-pylon five-span continuous steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge.Its 6# main pylon is a steel-concrete composite structural four-pylon limb spatial diamond-type bridge pylon.There are many problems such as difficulty,high risk and low work efficiency in the construction of steel bar for the pylon limbs of super tall main pylon.It is hard to control the construction schedule and cost.In view of the engineering characteristics of the 6# main pylon,the steel bar of middle pylon column is constructed with the reinforcement parts.The steel bars of the pylon limbs are first lashed in whole segment on the standard steel bar lashing platform,then the blocks are hoisted,and the conical sleeve on the pylon is locked with the steel bar connection joint,which provides a safer,more efficient,economical and advanced construction technology for the steel bar construction of the main pylon,and has significant social and economic benefits for the construction of the projects.
