城市桥梁建设往往毗邻于现状地下的地铁盾构隧道结构,对预制桥梁上部结构施工时,需采用大型起重吊机起吊预制梁进行吊装施工,造成地面附加荷载,对邻近地下的地铁盾构隧道结构的安全造成影响,为了保证地铁结构的安全运营,需要对其进行安全评估,针对如何计算预制梁桥在进行吊装施工时对地下地铁结构的安全影响,提出了两种计算方法初步分析吊装荷载对地铁盾构隧道结构的影响,计算分析结果与监控数据结果基本接近,可供相关类似工程设计参考.
Analysis of Impact of Prefabricated Beam Hoisting on Safety of Adjacent Subway Structures
The construction of urban bridges is often adjacent to the existing underground subway shield tunnel structure.When the superstructure of prefabricated bridge is constructed,a large lifting crane is needed to hoist the prefabricated beams,which will cause the additional ground loads and affect the safety of the adjacent underground subway shield tunnel structures.In order to ensure the safe operation of the subway structure,it is necessary to conduct a security assessment.How to calculate the impact of prefabricated beam bridges during the hoisting construction on the safety of underground subway structures,two calculation methods are proposed to preliminarily analyze the impact of hoisting loads on subway shield tunnel structures.The calculation and analysis results are basically close to the monitoring data results,which can be used as a reference for similar engineering designs.
