Mode Selection and Implementation Strategy of Metro Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
In this paper,the maintenance mode of metro facilities and equipment and the implementation strategy are studied from the respect of preparatory operation.A maintenance mode of various specific devices is presented,based on an analysis of the related policies,the value of equipment,the technical force in maintenance,the maintenance requirement at each operation stage,the maintenance cost estimation,etc.Finally,the implementation strategies of self-maintenance mode,outsourcing maintenance mode and joint maintenance mode are discussed,to provide a decisionmaking reference for the maintenance work after the operation launching.
