城市轨道交通列车融合检测主机系统研究

[目的]为了保障城市轨道交通的安全运营,满足对轨道障碍物以及弓网、走行部和轨道等关键部件的检测要求,以及解决当前各检测子系统相互独立、整车集成冗余的问题,需对列车融合检测主机系统进行研究.[方法]对主动障碍物检测子系统、弓网检测子系统、走行部检测子系统和轨道几何动态检测子系统进行融合设计,提出一种融合检测主机系统,其中:主动障碍物子系统直接通过交换机接入融合主机AI(人工智能)板;其余各子系统先接入前置主机进行数据预处理,再通过交换机接入融合主机的AI板.[结果及结论]该系统能够实时监测列车的运行状态和运行环境,及时发现潜在安全隐患并发出预警,为城市轨道交通的安全运营提供保障;与现有其他独立检测子系统相比,该系统打破了各检测子系统之间的壁垒,简化了整车集成,能缓解车载设备冗余问题,节约列车的整体功耗,降低系统成本,提高系统兼容性和可扩展性,以及提升系统配置、维护和监控等的效率.
Research on the Integrated Detection Host System of Urban Rail Transit Trains
[Objective]In order to ensure the safe operation of urban rail transit,meet the detection requirements of track obstacles and key components such as pantograph-catenary,running gear and track,and solve problems of the detection subsystems independent of each other and the vehicle integra-tion redundancy,it is necessary to conduct research on the inte-grated detection host system of trains.[Method]The subsys-tems of the active obstacle detection,pantograph-catenary de-tection,running gear detection,and track geometry dynamic detection are designed in an integrated way,and an integrated detection host system is proposed.Specifically,the active ob-stacle detection subsystem is directly connected to the AI(arti-ficial intelligence)board of the integrated host through a switch,and each of other subsystems is first connected to a front-end host for data preprocessing,and then connected to the AI board of the integrated host through a switch.[Result &Conclusion]The proposed system can monitor the real-time running status and operating environment of the train,promptly detect potential safety hazards and issue early warnings,thus providing guarantees for the safe operation of urban rail transit.Compared with other existing independent detection subsys-tems,the proposed one breaks down the barriers between de-tection subsystems and simplifies the vehicle integration.It can alleviate the on-board equipment redundancy,save the overall power consumption of the train,reduce system costs,ultimate-ly improving system compatibility and extensibility,as well as the efficiency of system configuration,maintenance and moni-toring.
