摘要

培养学生的创新精神和实践能力是事关创业型大学人才培养质量的一个重要课题.本科生导师制通过导师与学生的个别交流,有利于学生的个性和创新思维发展;通过学生参与导师实际项目研发,有利于学生实践能力提升;导师在专业教育中融入思政元素,又有利于学生理想人格的塑造,这些对提高创业型大学的人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义.创业型大学实施本科生导师制,要从"增量"和"提质"两方面加强导师队伍建设,并采取"双向选择"的师生配备方式,明确导师针对学生不同阶段的工作职责,不断完善相应的保障制度建设.

Abstract

Cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability is an important subject concerning the quality of talent training in entrepreneurship-driven universities. The undergraduate tutorial system is beneficial to the development of students' personality and innovative thinking through the individual communication between tutors and students. Students' participation in the research and development of their tutors' practical projects is conducive to the improvement of students' practical ability.The integration of ideological and political elements in professional education by tutors is also conducive to the shaping of students' ideal personality,which has important practical significance for improving the quality of talent training in entrepreneurship-driven universities. To implement the undergraduate tutorial system in these universities,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the tutor team from the two aspects of "increment" and "quality improvement",adopt the "two-way selection" of teachers and students,clarify the work responsibilities of tutors for students at different stages,and to constantly improve the corresponding security system construction.
