The undergraduate tutorial system is beneficial to the development of students' personality and innovative thinking through the individual communication between tutors and students. Students' participation in the research and development of their tutors' practical projects is conducive to the improvement of students' practical ability.The integration of ideological and political elements in professional education by tutors is also conducive to the shaping of students' ideal personality,which has important practical significance for improving the quality of talent training in entrepreneurship-driven universities.
