The traditional fuzzy control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor for new energy vehicles only calculates a single mathematical equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor,which easily leads to poor control effect.Therefore,a fuzzy control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor for new energy vehicles based on MFO algorithm is designed.According to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor,various types of motor data are collected and preprocessed to analyze the dynamic behavior of the motor.When designing the fuzzy controller of the motor,the membership functions of the input variables and the output variables are calculated,optimized by MFO algorithm,and the optimized parameters are set,and the fuzzy control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is realized by combining fuzzy reasoning.The experimental results show that the high and low overshoot is only 1.3％in the practical application of this method,and the control effect is good.
