事业单位专业技术人才招聘考试命题优化研究

事业单位是教科文卫各类专业技能人才的集聚之地,其人才的选用对我国改革开放与社会主义现代化建设事业必然存在重大影响.事业单位如何科学有效精准地招聘专业技术人才,考试命题工作至关重要.本文研究发现,事业单位专业技术人才招聘在考试命题环节还普遍存在试题针对性不强、题型单一、形式不够新颖等问题.本研究从事业单位专业技术人才招聘笔试、面试命题的全过程视角提出了事业单位专业技术人才考试命题优化对策,具体包括:拓展专业知识考查内容、优化考试题型、完善专业技术测评方式、探索多样化命题形式等.
A Research on the Optimization of Test Paper Framing for Professional and Technical Talent Recruitment in Public Institutions
Public institutions are gathering places for various professional and skilled talents in education,science,culture,and health.Their selection of talented individuals will inevitably have a significant impact on China's reform-opening up and socialist modernization drive.Test paper framing,therefore,is critical to a scientific,effective,and accurate recruitment of professional and technical talents in public institutions.This study finds that in the recruitment of professional and technical talents in public institutions,there still exist such common problems as lack of focus,single type,and insufficient novelty in exam questions.This study proposes optimization strategies for the examination questions in the recruitment of professional and technical talents in public institutions,by adopting a holistic approach to the framing of both written exams and interviews,Among the measures proposed are:expanding the content of professional knowledge examination,optimizing examination question types,improving professional and technical evaluation methods,and exploring diversified question forms.
