A Research on Faculty Teaching Input and Its Causal Factors in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges
The educational and teaching input of college teachers has become a core support of and key to the adancement of high-quality development of education.Therefore,how to increase the awareness of the importance of teaching input in universities and guide teachers to actively engage in education and teaching comprises a focal point in higher education research.Based on data gathered in questionnaire,and through a combination of descriptive statistics and empirical analysis,this paper finds that normative subjectivity,educational and teaching resources,and teachers'personal traits exercize significant positive effects on educational and teaching input.In view of this,in the process of educational and teaching management,local application-oriented undergraduate colleges need to improve the educational and teaching level of teachers from the aspects of teaching system design,resources and teachers'personal characteristics.
