摘要
2024年3月29日,国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目成果暨《面向2035年中国城市交通发展战略》新书发布会在北京召开.这是继1995年《中国城市交通发展战略》之后又一部中国城市交通发展战略的专著,针对城市交通理论问题和交通治理实践,将国家自然科学基金一系列课题研究成果及十年来中国城市交通发展论坛的研讨成果进行了转化.围绕成果中的重点行动,特邀专家聚焦"小汽车使用管理+停车治理"缓解拥堵、绿色交通是城市发展的必然选择、综合交通体系引领培育现代化都市圈、新型基础设施推动城市转型发展等方面分享了善政良策.
Abstract
On March 29th,2024,the National Natural Science Foundation of China held a press conference on the key project achievements and the new book launch of Towards 2035:China's Urban Transport De-velopmentStrategy in Beijing.This is another monograph on the development strategy of urban transporta-tion in China,following the 1995 China Urban Transport Development Strategy.It focuses on theoretical issues and practical management of urban transportation and transforms a series of research results from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the discussions from the China Urban Transport De-velopment Forum in the past ten years.Around the key actions in the achievements,invited experts fo-cused on"car use management+parking governance"to alleviate congestion,green transportation is an inevitable choice for urban development,comprehensive transportation system leads the cultivation of modern metropolitan areas,new infrastructure promotes urban transformation and development,and other aspects of good governance strategies.
