Several sick sheep symptom, pathlological changes of a farmer in Shaya were diagnosed being primary Cu-penia by clinical ,detection of mineral matter （copper, zinc, iron,et al） in grazing land,feeding grass and serum of lambs. Copper sulfate was used in feedstuff to cure.The result showed that the treatment had not obvious therapeutic efficacy.It is recommended that preventive measure is applied to treat lamb Cupenia.
