[目的]研究温性荒漠草地植物生物量的年际动态规律及其与气候因子之间的相关关系,为该类草地的生态修复和科学经营管理提供理论依据.[方法]以博乐市叉毛蓬型温性荒漠草地为研究对象,采用野外实地调测方法,通过连续10年(2012—2021年)对植物群落平均高度、盖度和生物量等进行动态监测并分析其发展规律.[结果]结果表明,2012—2021年叉毛蓬型温性荒漠草地植物高度、盖度和生物量均呈动态变化,表现为2016年较高,2019—2020年处于较低水平,且2016年植物生物量显著高于2017—2020年(P<0.05),并与降水量呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),但与气温相关关系较弱.[结论]天然草地植物群落特征在10年间呈波动变化趋势,其中降水量是影响植物群落特征变化的重要因素.
[Objective]In order to study the inter-annual dynamic changes of plant biomass in temperate desert grassland and its correlation with climate factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for ecological restoration and scientific management of this kind of grassland.[Methods]Taking the temperate desert of Petrosimonia sibirica type in Bole city as research object,the average height,coverage and biomass of the plant community were dynamically monitored for 10 consecutive years (2012 to 2021) by field monitoring method.[Results]The results showed that the plant height,cover and biomass of the temperate desert grassland showed dynamic changes from 2012 to 2021,with a higher level in 2016 and a lower level in 2019 to 2020,and the plant biomass in 2016 was significantly higher than that in 2017 to 2020 (P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between biomass and precipitation (P<0.05),but a weak correlation between biomass and air temperature.[Conclusion]The characteristics of plant community in natural grassland fluctuated in 10 years,and precipitation was an important factor affecting the changes of plant community characteristics.
