[Objective]To scientifically evaluate the prevention and control effect of three compulsory immunization disease consisting of peste des petits ruminants(PPR),foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)and avian influenza(AI)in Urumqi county in Xinjiang in the past three years.[Methods]A total of 6549 samples were randomly collected from large-scale livestock and poultry farms and free-range households in six townships of the county from 2021 to 2023. Then 3000 sheep and 2701 bovine serum samples were detected and analyzed using PPR and FMD ELISA kits,respectively,and 848 chicken serum samples were detected according to the Diagnosis Technology for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza(GB/T18936-2020).[Results]From 2021 to 2023,the qualified rates of antibodies against PPR,bovine FMD,sheep FMD and AI were 84.8%,80.8%,84.4%and 91.4%,respectively,all exceeding the qualification standard(≥70%)set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.[Conclusion]The immune effects of the above three kinds of compulsory immunization diseases in Urumqi county were good as a whole,and the expected effects of compulsory immunization were achieved.
