[目的]探究5份野生披碱草属种质材料萌发期的抗旱性,以期筛选出抗旱性较好的种质用于进一步种质抗旱研究.[方法]用PEG-6000作为模拟干旱处理试剂,将其配置成0%(蒸馏水)、5%、10%、15%、20%和25%6个浓度梯度的溶液,将不同浓度的溶液加入培养皿中,测定5份材料的发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、活力指数、根长和芽长.[结果]随着PEG浓度的上升,5份材料的各指标均呈下降趋势,当浓度达到25%时各指标均达到最低值,E02、E04、E05材料已经不能萌发,而E01、E03虽然仍能萌发但萌发能力显著下降.[结论]5%浓度的PEG对材料发芽势和发芽率有一定的促进作用.5份材料的萌发期抗旱性排名为:E01>E05>E02>E03>E04.
[Objective]To investigate the drought resistance of 5 wild Elymus germplasm materials during the germination period,in order to screen out better germplasm for further research on drought resistance.[Methods]With PEG-6000 as the simulated drough treatment reagent,it is configured into 6 concentratio gradient sdutions of 0%(distilled water)、5%、10%、15%、20%and 25%.Different concentrations of solutions were added to culture dishes to determine the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vitality index,root length and shoot length of the five materials.[Results]As the PEG concentration increased,all the indicators of the five materials showed a downward trend.When the concentration reached 25%,all the indicators reached their lowest values.E02,E04,and E05 materials could no longer germinate,while E01 and E03 could still germinate,but their germination ability was significantly insufficient.[Conclusion]5%concentration of PEG had a certain promoting effect on the germination potential and germination rate of the materials,and the drought resistance of the five materials during the germination period was ranked as follows:E01>E05>E02>E03>E04.
