Diagnosis and Analysis of a Suspected Case of Infectious Pleuropneumonia in Goats
[Objective]In order to provide reference and guidance for the diagnosis of infectious pleuropneumoniae for grass-roots technicians.[Methods]A suspected case of infectious pleuropneumonia was diagnosed and analyzed by clinical observation,pathological anatomy and laboratory detection.[Results]Results of clinical observation showed that the sick sheep had cough and diarrhea,and some goats died.According to pathological autopsy,signs of pulmonary consolidation,pleural effusion and fibrinous pneumonia were found.Laboratory test results showed that 9 samples were all detected positive by Mycoplasma universal fluorescent PCR method.[Conclusion]The disease that goats suffered from was confirmed as infectious pleuropneumonia after diagnosis and analysis.
