Suggestions for the New Quality Productivity to Help the High-quality Development of Animal Husbandry in Xinjiang
[Objective]Accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity of animal husbandry is an important content to promote the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang,and also an important starting point to realize the important strategic positioning given by the state.[Methods]Based on the connotation of new quality productivity,the statistical analysis method was used to analyze the development status of animal husbandry in Xinjiang,the existed problems were found out,and corresponding policy suggestions were put forward.[Results]Problems existing in cultivating the new quality productivity were pointed out from the aspects of low self-sufficiency rate and fine seed rate of core germplasm resources of livestock and poultry,imbalance of livestock and poultry scaled production level in different regions,lagging grassroots service team construction and weak supply ability of high quality forages,and policy suggestions were put forward,including accelerating the revitalization of dairy industry by innovation-driven development,promoting the increase of livestock production through transformation and upgrading,developing characteristic poultry industry by improving the quality and broadening the brands,guaranteeing high-quality forage grasses through green transformation,as well as optimizing and cultivating regional brands by adding value to original value.[Conclusion]For cultivating the new quality productivity,Xinjiang animal husbandry authorities should take multiple measures simultaneously,focus on scientific and technological innovation,industrial optimization,model innovation and green development.Meanwhile,as for discussing the acceleration of the cultivation of new quality productivity,as well as the promotion of the high-quality development of Xinjiang animal husbandry,continuous studies should be carried out in the aspects of improving training path,developing the evaluation index system and optimizing the elements.
