Discussion on the Block Renewal Strategy from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence:A Case of Wuhan Tanhualin Historical and Cultural Block
Tanhualin historical and cultural district is an important part of Wuchang old city,and witnesses the development of Wuchang old city.With the development of the times,the cultural atmosphere,style maintenance and business development of Tanhualin historical district have gradually lagged behind the current development trend and lost its original vitality.Based on the investigation on Tanhualin Historical District,this paper analyzes the cultural resources of Tanhualin historical district from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,and puts forward the strategies to restore the vitality of the district from the four aspects of architecture,streets,space and business forms,providing certain reference value for the renewal of other similar historical and cultural blocks.
