通过对转体前后的连续刚构桥的整体静力模型计算,确定转体结构的设计荷载值,并按照规范对球铰、销轴和上下承台开展结构验算,通过三维有限元软件ABAQUS的数值分析验证设计的合理性.结果证明,上承台配置双向预应力后,转体结构整体受压.
The Design of Swivel Structure for Cross Railway Swivel Bridge
By determining the design load value of the rotating structure through the overall static model calculation of the continuous rigid frame bridge before and after the rotation,and conducting structural calculations on the ball joint,pin shaft,and upper and lower bearing platforms according to the specifications,the rationality of the design is validated by using the three-dimensional finite element software ABAQUS for numerical analysis.The results show that the rotating structure is subjected to overall compression after the upper bearing platform is equipped with bidirectional prestressing.
