儿童友好视角下的学前教育设施空间布局及优化研究——以桂林市临桂区为例

当前中国进入"老龄化少子化"新常态,学前教育布局的不平衡不充分与人民群众对"幼有所育"的美好期盼存在巨大的矛盾.研究以桂林市临桂区为研究对象,通过运用POI大数据、Python和GIS分析方法,辅以Geo-DA中双变量莫兰指数进行分析.研究发现,学前教育设施存在数量不足、空间分布不均衡、服务覆盖率低等问题.由此建议增加普惠性学前设施供给,增加服务半径,提高服务可达性,优化学前教育空间分布,以推动学前教育的普惠、安全、优质发展,并为教育局等有关部门修订相关政策提供参考依据.
Research on the Spatial Layout Optimization of Preschool Education Facilities from the Perspective of Child-Friendly:A Case of Lingui District in Guilin
At present,China has entered the new normal of"aging and low birth rate",and there is a huge contradiction between the imbalance and insufficient layout of preschool education and the people's expectations for"early childhood education".Taking Lingui District of Guilin City as the object,the paper conducts an analysis by using POI big data,Python and GIS analysis methods,supplemented by bivariate Moran index analysis in Geo-DA.It is found that there were insufficient number,uneven spatial distribution,and low service coverage,etc.of preschool education facilities.Therefore,it is recommended to increase the supply of inclusive preschool facilities,to increase the radius of services,to improve the accessibility of services,and to optimize the spatial distribution of preschool education,so as to promote the inclusive,safe and high-quality development of preschool education,and to provide a reference basis for the education bureau and other relevant departments to revise relevant policies.
