Research on Urban Village Reconstruction Strategy Based on SWOT-AHP Model:A Case of Xiaoshantou Village in Guilin City
The renewal and reconstruction of urban villages has a significant impact on urban development and residents'happiness,and plays an important role in urban renewal under the background of stock planning.Therefore,this paper takes Xiaoshantou Village in Lingui New District,Guilin City as the research object,and based on SWOT analysis,combined with AHP analytic hierarchy process,explores the reconstruction strategies of urban villages.The results show that the opportunities and advantages of urban village reconstruction have a large impact,while the disadvantages and threats have a small impact,and thus an active SO strategy should be adopted to support the reconstruction strategy.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the reconstruction of urban villages from the perspective of industrial development,infrastructure construction and residents'life,etc.,in order to provide certain reference value and experience for the reconstruction of urban villages in our country.
