韧性城市理念下后疫情时期街区更新策略研究

新型冠状病毒肺炎的暴发让人们意识到,未来城市的发展面临严峻挑战,尤其是面对突发公共卫生事件时.研究依托韧性城市理念,从小范围街区入手,分析未来街区发展面临的挑战.主要从出行方式、出行距离、街区商业及街区公共空间需求切入,对既有街区的韧性发展进行思考,分析街区在疫情防控中存在的问题.从交通系统、空间体系、产居空间等方面提出街区更新策略,期望为未来街区更新发展提供参考.
Research on Street Renewal Strategy in Post Epidemic Period under the Concept of Resilient City
The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia has made us realize that the future development of cities is facing severe challenges,especially in the face of public health emergencies.Based on the concept of resilient city,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by future block development in the post epidemic period from a small-scale block.Mainly from the perspectives of travel mode,travel distance,block business and block public space demand,the paper thinks about the resilient development of the existing blocks and analyzes the problems of blocks in epidemic prevention and control.From the aspects of transportation system,space system,and industrial and residential space,this paper puts forward the renewal strategies for the block,hoping to provide a reference for the future renewal and development of the block.
