Analysis on Urban Vitality Measurement and Its Influencing Factors Based on Multi-Source Data:A Case of the Downtown Area of Guilin
Urban vitality is the guarantee for the healthy development of a city and an important part of urban renewal.Based on multi-source data,this paper carries out quantitative research on the urban vitality of Guilin city.The research finds that ① the spatial distribution of urban vitality in Guilin shows the agglomeration characteristics of"primary and secondary dual-core",and presents two dynamic development axes of east-west and north-south.② Among the influencing factors of urban vitality,the density of catering services,shopping services,living services,and accommodation services has a significant correlation with urban vitality,and has the weakest correlation with the density of scenic spots.The research reveals the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Guilin's urban vitality,and puts forward strategies for urban spatial structure adjustment and functional allocation optimization,which provides a reference for the creation of urban vitality and helps Guilin to build a world-class tourist city.
