Study on the Landscape Vitality Enhancement of Urban Abandoned Public Spaces under the Pocket Park Strategy
In recent years,with the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the current urban construction has transformed from incremental expansion to stock renewal gradually,and the problems of a large number of negative and abandoned urban public space have been highlighted,and the vitality and effectiveness of such spaces needs to be enhanced urgently.This paper analyzes the current situation and transformation cases of urban abandoned public spaces,and then studies the landscape vitality enhancement of such spaces according to the design strategies of pocket park.The paper emphasizes to improve the original landscape vitality of urban abandoned public space from three aspects of the functionality and greening rate of urban public spaces,paying attention to the public demands of the citizens,and the appropriate transformation of abandoned public spaces.
