Research on the Problem of Vehicle Parking in Old Urban Residential Areas and Corresponding Countermeasures
In the era of the construction of old residential areas,the number of private cars in China is still low,and the parking spaces they are equipped with are far from meeting the rapidly growing parking demand of current residents,resulting in a serious imbalance in the supply and demand ratio of parking spaces in the old communities today,leading to various problems,which have a great impact on the residents of the community and the internal and external space.How to solve the"parking difficulty"in the old residential areas has become an important livelihood problem.This paper deeply analyzes the parking problem of old residential areas,and from the perspective of implementation,puts forward several countermeasures that combine problem orientation and goal orientation,technical strategy and policy control.
