Research on the Reconstruction Strategy of Commercial Space Based on Experiential Consumption:A Case of Nanjing Xinjiekou Central Shopping Mall
With the transformation of Chinese consumption model and the impact of e-commerce economy,consumers prefer the experimental commercial space.This paper takes Nanjing Xinjiekou Central Shopping Mall as the object to investigate and analyze the problems in the commercial space of the shopping mall under the mode of experiential consumption.On the basis of not changing the original main structure and height of the shopping mall,the targeted transformation strategies are put forward from the aspects of functional format,moving line organization,space shaping,supporting facilities and details optimization so that the shopping mall can adapt to the current experiential consumption mode after reconstruction.It provides suggestions for the spatial reconstruction of other commercial buildings in Nanjing area.
