The Structural Design of a Low Earthquake Intensity Partially Frame Supported Shear Wall Residential Structure
With the development of urbanization, people have had more and more high requirements for the houses.Large residential district have become the main development direction of housing construction. This paper takes a residential district of low earthquake intensity area as an example, introduces the design of partial frame-supported shear wall structure, and discusses the essentials and details that should be paid attention during the design process.Through the analysis and summary of seismic calculation, foundation design, floor serviceability, floor stress, and fine design of the structure,it can be used as a reference for similar construction projects.
