角钢输电塔螺栓节点刚度折减模型研究

文章以某输电塔为例,研究角钢输电塔螺栓松动引起的节点刚度损失,基于ANSYS数值分析平台,首先找出在不同风向角的风荷载作用下输电塔的最危险杆件位置,在此基础上,分别模拟最危险杆件在不同螺栓预紧力和不同螺栓数量丢失两种情况下引起的刚度损失.研究表明:对于多螺栓节点,如果螺栓个数未减少,刚度损失主要与预紧力有关;如果螺栓个数有减少,可忽略预紧力的影响;节点的等效转动刚度主要由螺栓杆抗剪能力提供,当节点的剩余螺栓个数不少于 2个时,单节点等效转动刚度仍对螺栓抗剪能力进行考虑.
Research on Stiffness Reduction Model of Bolt Joints of Angle Steel Transmission Tower
To study the node stiffness loss caused by bolt looseness of transmission tower,with a transmission tower as an example,the position of the most dangerous member of transmission tower under wind load at different wind angles is found with ANSYS platform.Then the stiffness loss of the most dangerous member is simulated under the condition of different bolt preload and different lost bolt number.It is found that for multi-bolt joints,if the number of bolts is not reduced,stiffness loss is mainly related to preload.If the number of bolts is reduced,the influence of pretightening force can be ignored.The equivalent rotational stiffness of the joint is mainly provided by the shear capacity of the bolt rod.When the number of remaining bolts in the joint is not less than 2,the equivalent rotational stiffness of the single joint should still be considered in the shear capacity of the bolt.
