文旅融合视角下名人故居保护与利用策略研究——以唐昌镇罗翰林住宅为例

随着社会经济的发展,人们的精神文化需求日益增长,文化旅游越来越受到人们的喜爱和追求.文旅融合视角下,旅游是文化输出的重要途径,文化是旅游的精神内核.名人故居是时代和社会发展留下来的重要建筑遗产,作为名人生活的场所,见证了名人成长活动,蕴含着历史及名人文化,是重要的文化旅游资源,具有极高的商业和旅游价值,值得被发现利用.本研究以唐昌镇罗翰林住宅为例,通过实地调研和文献阅读,对建筑现状和价值进行分析;运用SWOT分析法,探究罗翰林住宅未来发展的态势.最后,提出在文旅融合视角下对罗翰林住宅进行保护与利用的策略,为名人故居未来可持续发展提供新思路.
Abstract
With the development of social economy,people's demand for spiritual culture is gradually strengthened,and cultural tourism is increasingly favored and pursued by modern people.From the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,tourism is an important way to export culture,and culture is the spiritual core of tourism.The former residence of celebrities is an important architectural heritage left behind by the times and social development.As a place where celebrities lived,they witness the growth activities of celebrities,contain history and celebrity culture,and are important cultural tourism resources with high commercial and tourism value.They are worthy of being discovered and utilized.This paper takes Luohanlin residence in Tangchang town as an example,and through field investigation and literature review,analyzes the status quo and value of the building.SWOT analysis is used to explore the future development trend of Luohanlin residence.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies for the protection and utilization of Luohanlin residence from the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,which provides new ideas for the future sustainable development of the former residence of celebrities.
