Research on the Types of Rural Communities in the Context of New Urbanization:A Case of Qianxian
Due to the rapid development of new urbanization,the development characteristics and inherent correlations of community regional environment,natural geography,folk culture,and villagers'needs have been neglected,resulting in the failure to integrate and utilize the current resource conditions of the community.The standardized urban converging construction model has led to the"homogenization"of rural community models.This paper focuses on the study on the types of new rural communities.Taking Qianxian County,a typical universal village in Guanzhong region,as an example,the paper investigates the current construction conditions of new rural communities,tries to sort out the current characteristics in the complicated and changing architectural space environment,and sums the current problems.Then it scientifically and effectively proposes the classification criteria.Based on the characteristics of the village form,residential buildings,and public building space environment of five different types of communities,the suggestions for building suitable architectural space environment are proposed,with a view to provide practical support for the sustainable development of new urbanization.
