Analysis on the Ecological Strategies and Application of Cantonese Traditional Dwelling-"Bamboo House"
China clearly proposed the goals of"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality"in September 2020,and green building design is also actively responding to the country's call.It is worth noting that over the thousands of years of development,various types of dwellings have been formed in various regions that adapt to the local natural environment and regional climate,with high research and application value.This paper focuses on Cantonese traditional dwellings-bamboo houses,provides new ideas for future architectural design and actively responds to the"dual-carbon"policy.This paper uses literature research to study the natural environment and climate of Cantonese area,lists and analyzes various ecological strategies of bamboo houses,and proposes methods and principles for their application in future architectural design.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for the research and application of traditional residential buildings.
