基于风环境评价的滨海住区布局优化研究——以青岛市为例

提升城市品质、改善人居环境是当前城市建设的重点之一。滨海廊道作为城市重要的通风廊道之一,直接影响滨海城市风环境,因此探索滨海住区建筑布局、滨海、风环境三者之间的关系,对城市滨海住区人居环境的改善有着重要的意义。文章聚焦于滨海这一特殊的城市环境,选取青岛市各类典型的滨海住区作为研究对象,利用CFD技术结合风环境相关评价标准,对滨海住区风环境进行模拟分析和指标评价,进一步从整体、水平和竖向布局三方面探析影响滨海住区风环境的相关因素,最后提出适宜风环境的青岛滨海住区布局优化策略:引风层面上应控制住区滨海界面迎风口和迎风面积;导风层面上需合理设置通风廊道并连通开敞空间,增强风场流动性。
Study on the Optimization of Coastal Residential Layout Based on Wind Environment Simulation:A Case of Qingdao
Enhancing the quality of the city to improve the living environment is one of the key points of the current urban construction.As one of the important ventilation corridors of the city,the coastal corridor directly affects the coastal urban wind environment.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the building layout,coastal and wind environment of coastal settlements is of great significance for improving the living environment of urban coastal settlements.The paper focuses on the special urban environment of coastal area,selects various typical coastal settlements in Qingdao as the research object,and combines CFD technology with related wind environment evaluation standards to simulate and evaluate the wind environment of coastal settlements,and then further analyzes the factors affecting the wind environment of coastal settlements from the overall,horizontal and vertical layout.Finally,it proposes the strategies for the optimization of Qingdao coastal settlement layout that is suitable for wind environment.The wind-directing level should control the windward entrance and windward area of the coastal interface of the residential area,and the wind-directing level should reasonably set up ventilation corridors and connect open spaces to enhance the mobility of the wind field.
