With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing requirements of office environment for employee comfort and efficiency,the design of office block has become a field of great concern.As a discipline that studies the interaction between human,technology and environment,human factors engineering can provide important guidance and support for the design of office block.This paper reviews the application of human factors engineering in the design practice of office block and analyzes the impact of human factors engineering on the design of office blocks at all scales.The rational application of human factors engineering principles in the project practice of Jiaxing International Financial Plaza provides useful ideas for building Jiaxing Financial District.
