Research on the Strategies for Mining the Local Industrial Space under the Background of"Standard Place"Reform
High-quality economic and social development puts forward new demands for industrial development.Land is the basic element to guarantee the landing of industrial projects.Under the new circumstances,how to tap the potential of industrial space from land resources and to support the reform of industrial land supply is the direct demand of industrial development.This paper proposes to take the"plot"of detailed planning as a unit,integrates multi-source management data,and builds a potential path for industrial space classification,so as to serve the supply of"standard land"for industrial land,and to provide a reference for the research on the guarantee of the industrial land spatial elements of the projects related with land.
