摘要
快速的城镇化发展导致土地利用的矛盾进一步加深,引发了大量居民自下而上、自发性的行为活动,并随之形成诸多非正规性空间,成为目前社区更新工作中的难点.因此,文章从非正规性空间的视角出发,总结城市社区中非正规性空间的基本特征、使用模式、空间特性及内在逻辑等,结合南昌市省府社区实例,提出原址保留、功能复合、公众参与、分时控制等改造策略,以期为后续的社区营造与更新工作提供参考.
Abstract
The rapid urbanization development further deepens the contradiction of land use,causing a large number of bottom-up and spontaneous behaviors of residents,and then forming a lot of informal space,which has become a difficulty in the current community renewal work.Therefore,from the perspective of informal space,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics,usage mode,spatial characteristics and internal logic of informal space in urban communities.Combined with the example of Nanchang Shengfu Community,this paper proposes the transformation strategies of original site preservation,functional compound,public participation,time-sharing control,etc.,in order to provide a reference for the subsequent community construction and renewal work.
