Research on Public Service Facilities Based on Residents'Demand Orientation
City is an important place for human living. The traditional residential areas plan and allocate the public service facilities based on the population size, namely thousand-person index, emphasize the single function of residence, and do not respond adequately to the different needs of people of different ages in different communities.Neighborhood life circle is based on people's activities and needs.Within the space of the life circle, the basic needs of production, life and leisure can be met.The proposal of the two is the transformation of planning and design thinking from plan-orientation to demand-orientation.This paper systematically interprets and analyzes the construction basis, development limitations and planning transformation of public service facilities in traditional residential areas.Combined with the mismatch between supply and demand of public service facilities, and based on the contradiction between the ideal model of"thousand-person index"and real life, this paper explores new ideas for the stratification, customization and stock verification of community life circle,so as to provide a reference for further research on neighborhood life circle.
