This paper focuses on large-scale resettlement communities in the context of urban renewal.It aims to clarify the priorities and strategies of various performance indicators in the comprehensive improvement of the large-scale resettlement communities.Based on the survey data of Yangshan Community in Suzhou,the modified IPA analysis was conducted to analyze the renovation priority of residents'satisfaction.The study shows that property management,neighborhood relations,convenience of shopping and dining facilities,landscape design,and activity area of public space are the factors that need to be prioritized in the comprehensive improvement of large-scale resettlement communities.The priorities are as follows:property service>neighborhood relations>convenience of shopping and dining facilities>landscape design>activity area of public space.
