The Influence of the Scale of Cold Alley in Bamboo House on Wind Pressure Ventilation and Its Design Application
Over thousands of years of development, various types of dwellings have emerged in various regions that are adapted to the local natural environment and regional climate. These dwellings have adopted various ecological strategies to cope with the environment, and have high research and application value. This paper focuses on the ecological strategy of cold alleys in bamboo houses,Cantonese traditional building, explores its principle of wind pressure ventilation, and then analyzes the impact of the angle of various scales of cold alleys, including absolute scale and relative scale, with wind environment on wind pressure ventilation effects. Then through variable control research,it verifies and draws conclusions by means of software simulation and quantitative analysis, thus forming some control principles for the design of cold alley, which can be utilized in future architectural design.
