江苏共建园区是江苏省委省政府意图通过资源要素跨区域传导,实现苏北发展与苏南转型"共赢"的创造性战略举措.在区域一体化和区域经济高质量发展的新时期,文章分析了江苏共建园区的政策制度,总结了江苏共建园区"嵌入式"发展特征,以及新时期面临的主要问题,并就新时期共建园区高质量发展的转型路径进行了探讨,为江苏共建园区高质量发展及实现区域一体化协同发展提供参考.
Abstract
The co-construction parks in Jiangsu is a creative strategic measure by the provincial party committee and the provincial government of Jiangsu to achieve a"win-win"between the development of northern Jiangsu and the transformation of southern Jiangsu through the effective transmission of resource elements across regions.In the new era of regional integration and high-quality development of regional economy,the paper analyzes the policy and system of Jiangsu co-construction parks,summarizes the development characteristics of"embedded"co-construction parks in Jiangsu and the main problems faced in the new era,and explores the transformation path for the high-quality development of co-construction parks in the new era.It provides a reference for the high-quality development of Jiangsu co-construction parks and for the achievement of the regional integration and coordination.
