随着城市产业结构调整和工厂外迁,城市中心区的旧厂房改造成为城市更新的主要课题.文章通过存量旧工业厂区适应性改造的设计策略,结合浙江大学杭州国际科创中心启动区的改造实践,对改造过程中的一些重点内容进行分析和总结,为未来旧工业厂区的改造利用提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the adjustment of urban industrial structure and the relocation of factories,the transformation of old factory buildings in the urban center has become the main subject of urban renewal.This paper analyzes and summarizes some key points in the transformation process through the design strategy of adaptive transformation of old factory areas by combining with the renovation practice of the start-up area in Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center of Zhejiang University,so as to provide a reference for the transformation and utilization of industrial plants in the future.
