Research on Implementation Strategies of Urban Renewal Planning from"Focusing on Land Plots"to"Coordinated Areas":A Case of Songling Old Town in Wujiang District,Suzhou
In the context of stock development,the research on the implementation path of urban renewal,which is an important means to promote the transformation of urban development models,is still in the exploratory stage.This paper proposes a path for urban renewal planning implementation from"focusing on land plots"to"coordinated areas"based on the difficulties faced in the implementation process of urban renewal.Taking Songling Old Town in Wujiang District,Suzhou as an example,the targeted implementation strategies are proposed in terms of control strategies,coordination mechanism,financing channel,policy system,providing more demonstrative exploration experience for the renewal of the coordinated area.
