The Strategies for Improving the Community Resilience Governance in the Context of Frequent Flooding:A Case of G Community in Changsha City
As one of the most influential disasters in the world,flood disasters have a significant impact on the sustainable development of the society.As the basic unit of the city to resist sudden external risk disturbances,the community is a key prevention and control area in the process of urban flood control.Based on the concept of resilient city,this paper studies the resilience improvement of flood vulnerable links,such as the vulnerability of community spatial structure,the adaptability of the built environment,and the improvement of emergency response mechanism,and so on.Combining with the flooding disaster and actual response cases in G community of Changsha in recent years,the information is collected in the form of a questionnaire survey to comprehensively analyze the low resilience problems that are prone to occur in the community nowadays,and to provide constructive references for the enhancement of community resilience governance.
