Reflection on the Cultivation of Soft Skills of Planning Talents under the Background of Rural Revitalization
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of compound talents in urban and rural planning.The urban and rural planning talents that is helpful for the rural revitalization requires not only professional technical skills,but also soft skills including professional ethics,the ability to work as individuals and in teams,communication,and lifelong learning.This paper explores the current soft skill cultivation situation of the planning talents,analyzes the construction of soft skill cultivation system,discusses the design of teaching path for the soft skill cultivation from three levels of curriculum teaching,extracurricular teaching and practice,teaching assessment and evaluation,and then verifies the soft skill cultivation of the students majoring in planning through the specific teaching practice.
