城市公园吸引消费设施集聚的特征与影响因素研究

充分认识公园绿地周边消费设施的分布规律,挖掘消费设施与公园绿地协同配置的空间关系,对提升公园绿地的使用绩效具有重要意义,这也是公园城市建设中促进公园商业化转型的重要科学问题.文章以成都中心城区 160 个公园绿地作为研究对象,探究了 0.5 km、1 km和 1.5 km影响域尺度下公园绿地周边消费设施的圈层分布特征和业态混合情况,并分析了公园自身特征、影响域空间特征和经济社会特征等 3个方面 10 项指标的影响强度.结果表明,外圈层的消费设施数量高于内圈层,但设施密度则相反,业态混合度并不存在圈层差异;与中心城区消费设施类别的总体结构相比,某些特定类别的消费设施相对更倾向于和公园绿地协同配置.公园绿地的规模和形状不影响其商业吸引力的强弱,对影响域内的空间可达性和公共服务设施配置则产生了显著影响,企业数量和人口数量对公园绿地的商业吸引力也有较强的影响,这启示功能混合对公园使用绩效存在潜在的促进作用,相关结论为城市公园商业化转型、促进空间结构功能配置优化提供了一定的参考借鉴.
Research on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Consumer Facility Agglomeration Attracted by Urban Parks
Fully understanding the distribution patterns of the consumer facilities around park green spaces and exploring the spatial relationship between consumer facilities and the coordinated allocation of park green spaces are of great significance for improving the use performance of park spaces.It is also an important scientific issue in promoting the commercial transformation of parks in the construction of park cities.Taking 160 park green spaces in the central urban area of Chengdu as the research object,the circle distribution characteristics and business mix of consumer facilities around the park green spaces at the influencing domain of 0.5km,1km and 1.5km were explored,and the intensity of the influence of 10 indexes in three aspects,including the characteristics of the parks,the spatial characteristics of the influence domains and the economic and social characteristics,was analyzed.The results show that the number of consumer facilities in the outer circle is higher than that of the inner circle,but the density of facilities is the opposite.There is no circle difference in business mix.Compared with the overall structure of consumer facility categories in the central urban area,some specific categories of consumption Facilities are relatively more likely to be allocated in coordination with park green spaces.The size and shape of the park green space does not affect its commercial attractiveness,but the spatial accessibility and public service facility configuration within the affected area have a significant impact.The number of enterprises and population also has a significant impact on the commercial attractiveness of the park green space.It reveals that the functional mix has a potential promotion effect on the use performance of the park.The relevant conclusions provide certain references for the commercialization transformation of urban parks and for promoting the optimization of spatial structure and function configuration.
