为控制工业危废处理建筑园区的污染物排放,提高建筑园区与绿色、环保、人性化理念等的融合度,文章以南京苏全项目危险废物综合处置中心为例,研究基于去工业化理念的工业危废处理建筑园区规划设计.文章介绍了涉及建筑的基本概况及工程规模,明确去工业化理念的核心思想及其在工业危废处理园区中的应用,详细阐述工业危废处理建筑园区建筑危险性划分与布局设计,以及基于去工业化理念的建筑体块规划和大跨度钢结构网架的建筑外观设计.通过实例应用,分析园区整体环境质量提升效果和去工业化理念的融合度检验.研究结果表明,去工业化理念的应用显著提升了园区的环境友好性和社会接受度,实现了环境友好与社会和谐的双重目标,为工业危废处理建筑园区的规划设计提供了新的思路和方法,具有重要的理论和实践意义.
The Planning and Design of Industrial Hazardous Waste Treatment Building Park Based on the Concept of Deindustrialization
In order to control the pollutant discharge of hazardous industrial waste park and to improve the integration degree of the construction park treatment building with the concept of green,environmental protection and humanization,this paper studies the planning and design of hazardous industrial waste park based on the concept of deindustrialization by taking Nanjing Suquan Project Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Disposal Center as an example.This paper introduces the basic situation of the building and the scale of the project,and clarifies the core idea of deindustrialization and its application in the industrial hazardous waste treatment park.It elaborates in detail on the building hazard classification and layout design of industrial hazardous waste treatment building park,as well as building block planning based on the concept of deindustrialization and building appearance design of large-span steel mesh frame.Through the application in practical cases,the paper analyzes the effect of improving the overall environmental quality of the park and the integration test of the deindustrialization concept.The results show that the application of the deindustrialization concept significantly improves the environmental friendliness and social acceptance of the park,realizes the dual goals of environmental friendliness and social harmony,and provides new ideas and methods for the planning and design of industrial hazardous waste treatment building parks,which is of important theoretical and practical significance.
