Literature Research and Analysis on the New Rural Residential Structural System
As one of the building types closely related to the life of the rural residents,the residential buildings is related to the user's sense of security and happiness.Under the background of national rural revitalization and the"double-carbon"strategic goals,the transformation and upgrading of the rural residential structure system is urgent.Based on this,this paper summarized the research hotspots and trends in rural housing in recent years through literature research,and analyzed the characteristics of the existing structural system of rural residential buildings.The research results indicate that the related research in the field of rural housing will continue to focus on the two major issues of"seismic performance"and"building energy-saving".The regional characteristics and residents'needs should be fully considered in the design of rural residential buildings in the future,in order to achieve the unity of structural safety,economy,and comfort of rural housing.Furthermore,the new residential structural system in rural areas in China has common characteristics,such as high strength and low carbonization of materials,high structural toughness reserves,and industrialization of construction technology,and so on.Thus,the future research can be conducted systematically around the design theory and specification system of the new structural system.
